All sales are final. Due to the instant-download nature of our digital PDF products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

Damaged or incorrect files: If you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file, please contact us at openpdfguides@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period: If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and downloading the file, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
